Diagnosis Example: Based on two negative sterile speculum examinations (2 out of 3 tests were negative), patient is sent home. The patient, however, returns at midnight again with the same complaint of leaking. The patient at that point was indeed diagnosed as grossly ruptured and delivered at 8:00 am on 3/8/06.
